Since his school and intermediate college days, Prabhu Vara Kumar Modegunta harbored a grand vision: to build a distinguished brand that would carry his family name into the future. Following his baptism on April 18, 2025, he moved forward with spiritual and professional clarity to establish this organization. His leadership is defined by a commitment to social impact and the belief that a corporate structure should serve the people who build it.
